Branches across one business

A branch is simply another shop or outlet under the same business in VentraPOS—for example your main stall and your weekend market table, still one owner.

• Stock per shop. Each branch can keep its own opening stock so totals reflect that shop, not a mix-up with another place.
• Prices. Charge the same price everywhere, or different prices per branch if costs or customer expectations differ.
• Moving stock between shops. When goods move from one branch to another, staff should record the move and agree on quantities—so stock on screen matches the floor.
• Reports across branches. If you combine all shops in a report, each site may end the trading day at a different clock time (or time zone). “Today” may not line up until everyone follows the closing rule you care about.
