Your plan controls what features you can use (reports depth, integrations, support level, and similar). Exact limits depend on what you bought—check Billing or Settings in the app for your business.

Practical tips

  • Keep an eye on trial end dates so you renew before the team hits a locked screen at checkout.
  • After you pay through Paystack, give the system a short time to update. If your status still says pending, open Billing / subscription area (or ask your finance person) to match the payment to the business.
  • If you think you were charged twice, contact support with the receipt or transaction reference from Paystack or your bank SMS—so support can check the right payment and not guess.
